Please call us, or use the Hire Enquiry Form if you need advice on choosing the correct equipment, quotations or technical support to deliver your project or event.

Equipment bookings can only be made by official company order or letter/email of confirmation.

Individual hire customers must provide proof of identification in the form of both a Photo ID (i.e. Driving License, Current Passport) and proof of address (i.e. Recent utility bill).

A basic introduction to equipment installation and operation can be provided free of charge on collection. All equipment comes with a copy of the official instruction manual.

SC-AV take all projects seriously, and you will be appointed an SC-AV technical representative from the first instance of contact, who will guide you from booking equipment through to your event and beyond.

All equipment is checked and tested prior to being sent out on any booking, whether its a dry hire, or hired with technicians. This enables SC-AV to deliver precision perfect visuals at any event.

If the event of equipment fail or technical difficulties, our fully trained Technical Staff are on call from 9am through to 10pm and able to help in any situation.

Due to the unfortunate recent downturn in the Economic Climate throughout both the UK and Europe coupled with the current market unrest for many companies, SC-AV .::. Visual Solutions are now requesting that a 50% deposit is available in cleared funds to us a minimum of 1 week in advance of your booking.

.::. DELIVERY .::. We are able to deliver your projector the afternoon/evening prior to your first days hire, giving you plenty of time to set up and practise. Same day deliveries are also available for dry hires.
